Our team uses air testing equipment to ensure that air quality throughout the tanks is consistent. Using the CUPA and Fire agencies requirements, per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Div. 4.5, Ch. 32, we certify that the tank(s) are emptied.
As a Company that prides itself on safety, we take precautions one step further to ensure the safety of our staff and the community by following the cleaning requirements per CCR 67383.3(b).
Once all waste is removed from the tank(s), our qualified professional will prepare a separate Unified Program Consolidated Form (UPCF) Hazardous Waste Tank Closure Certification form. This form will document each tank that is cleaned and rendered non-hazardous. This form is available for download at www.unidocs.org [22 CCR ß67383.3(g).
